TO QUALIFY:
- Must have completed a pre-season combine service with O’Connors; OR
- Purchased a new combine in last two years; OR
- Purchased a used Case IH or New Holland combine with a pre-season completed by O’Connors.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Qualifier for loan breakdown assist combine is a projected downtime of 3 days or greater.
- Only for machines serial number specific that have completed a preseason with O’Connors or purchased new within two years or purchased used with a preseason within one year.
- Must have completed ‘full’ preseason with O’Connors and 90% of recommended repairs. If breakdown is due to item listed on preseason report and not completed through instruction of customer, loan breakdown assist combine is not applicable.
- Loan support does not apply for operator error inflicted downtime. E.g. unloader auger damage from tree.
- Loan support does not apply for downtime as a result of thermal events eg fire.
- Loan breakdown assist combines are not guaranteed to have guidance installed or data collection ready.
- Loan breakdown assist combines will be subject to availability and may not be a “like-for-like replacement” in terms (but not limited to) of size, model, age, specification – e.g. chopper, seed terminator, 3m, duals.
- Loan breakdown assist combine only available if quickest practical repair is elected.
- Customer liable for any non-wear and tear repairs to loan breakdown assist combine.
- Maximum loan periods applies.
- Loan machine only available if O’Connors are engaged in combine repair.
- Fair go policy applies.
- Program applicable for combine breakdowns only, not heads or attachments.
- Program does not apply for rice or corn harvesting application.
- Loan breakdown assist combine to be under customers insurance before landing on site with evidence of certificate of currency.
- Loan breakdown assist combine model allocation will be at discretion of O’Connors and not up for negotiation.
- Pool of varying models of loan breakdown assist combine available.
- If allocated pool of loan breakdown assist combines are already out on loan, then there is no guarantee of loan breakdown assist combine until one becomes available.
- Customer to pay freight from local dealership and return.
- Cleanliness of loan breakdown assist combines cannot be guaranteed due to timeliness.
- Loan breakdown assist combines are for support in O’Connors area of responsibility only – not available for contractors or customers that are harvesting outside O’Connors area of responsibility.
- Customer to carry out and supply consumables for daily maintenance of machine while on farm.
- Used loan breakdown assist combine uptime cannot be guaranteed.
