O’Connors is led by a team of O’Connors executive managers in Australia. Their role is to implement the strategic direction of the company, ensure daily operations run smoothly and pave the road for long-term growth and success across all our dealerships.
Each member of the Senior Leadership Team has a connection to farming in Australia, having either been raised on a family farm or as a current member of a farming business.
Aaron Cordy
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Aaron grew up in Castlemaine, in regional Victoria. After a long career both here and overseas as an auditor, a Chartered Accountant and CFO for one of Australia’s largest luxury vehicle dealership groups, he joined O’Connor’s in March 2022.
In his role as O’Connor’s Chief Financial Officer he managed a team providing financial oversight, account management, information technology and business support, ensuring the ongoing growth and success of the company.
Aaron transitioned to the Managing Director role in January 2025 and is grateful to be surrounded by a great team – both here and abroad – and working with fantastic customers.
Ben Chatfield
Financial Controller
Raised in Mildura, Ben has a deep understanding of regional communities and the vital role the agricultural sector plays within them. Throughout his career, he has showcased exceptional leadership, successfully steering organisations through periods of growth and transformation.
Ben commenced in the role of Financial Controller at O’Connors January 2025. With over 20 years of senior financial leadership experience across industries including Financial Services, Agriculture, and Transport, he brings a strong combination of financial expertise and strategic vision to the executive team.
Zach Holmes
GENERAL MANAGER – AFTERSALES & BRANCH OPERATIONS
Zach joined O’Connors in 2005 as a Service Technician Apprentice in Horsham. He has since moved through the business working in multiple positions, and his career pathway has provided him with unique, hands-on knowledge of the structure and operational workflow of our dealerships.
Zach played a significant role in integrating the St Arnaud and Ballarat dealerships during the acquisition period, drawing on his experience and insights to facilitate a smooth transition.
He was named Chief Operations Officer in 2022, responsible for leadership of the Aftersales Department and later named General Manager – Aftersales & Branch Operations in 2024. His portfolio is the backbone of our organisation, and under his guidance the team has experienced significant growth and expansion.
Daniel Speed

Daniel has an extensive knowledge of Agriculture, growing up on a family farm on the Eyre Peninsula (SA) and farming there until his early 20’s. He moved into the Mining sector for a short period then into the Agricultural Manufacturing industry. Here he specialised in pre-cast concrete products such as water troughs, walls for grain sheds, and stock feeders. He has diverse experience brought about by these and other roles in grain marketing, storage, handling and containerisation of grain for export.
Daniel joined O’Connors in 2016 as a Regional Sales Manager in Horsham and Bordertown and through expansion took on the role of managing the Central West Dealerships. His previous roles ensured that he brought significant experience in agricultural supply chain and customer relationship management.
With his dedicated focus on continuous improvement, it didn’t take long for Daniel to join the Senior Leadership Team, then took on his current role as Group Sales Operations Manager.
Lisa Day

Lisa has a strong connection to Australian agriculture through her experience as a business partner of a broadacre cropping property in the southern Mallee.
Lisa began in a Marketing role in 2005. Since that time, her ability to drive campaigns and articulate O’Connors strengths has proven to be a force for progression and growth within the company.
With the continued expansion of O’Connors, so too have Lisa’s human resource responsibilities, requiring her strategic HR Management skills combined with her Marketing expertise.
Lisa’s passion for the brand – combined with her commitment to attracting top talent to the O’Connors Group and ensuring we remain a great workplace – makes her contribution all the more valuable.
Rowan Bennett
AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY Manager
Being born and raised on a broadacre cropping family farm in the Victoria Mallee, combined with Rowan’s Material Science degree has stood him in good stead to spend his career working with broadacre farming machinery. His experience is broad, covering management, service, parts and support with leading dealerships and OEM’s.
Rowan is a key part of the executive group that has navigated the huge growth and expansion of the company while retaining our core values.
He has proven his dedication to providing great customer outcomes though hard work, and a can-do attitude
