GOVERNMENT GRANTS TO ALLOW PRECISION AG INVESTMENT
The Victorian government’s Drought Infrastructure Grant Program was given an $11.8 million boost last week, providing a great opportunity for farmers in Northern Victorian regions to invest in precision agriculture technology.
Previously only available in Central and East Gippsland areas, the grant offers up to $5,000 to be put towards the adoption of precision farming techniques, and other infrastructure improvements, when matched dollar-for-dollar by the farmer.
With the largest RTK reference station network in the Southern Hemisphere, the latest products from technology-leading expert Case IH and a dedicated Precision Ag Support Team, we can help you take advantage of this opportunity to drive efficiency gains for your business.
“ The minimum value of a grant to eligible applicants is $1,000 (ex-GST). The maximum is $5,000 (ex-GST).”
Download the Program Guidelines for more information about the grant, or contact Lochie Sirrett from our Precision Ag Support Team for further assistance.
