Zach joined O’Connors in 2005 as a Service Technician Apprentice in Horsham. He has since moved through the business working in multiple positions, and his career pathway has provided him with unique, hands-on knowledge of the structure and operational workflow of our dealerships.

Zach played a significant role in integrating the St Arnaud and Ballarat dealerships during the acquisition period, drawing on his experience and insights to facilitate a smooth transition. 

He was named Chief Operations Officer in 2022, responsible for leadership of the Aftersales Department. His portfolio is the backbone of our organisation, and under his guidance the team has experienced significant growth and expansion.
