Grizzly Tiny

Grizzly Tiny Models

Grizzly Tiny

It’s Australian for “Big”!

The Grizzly Tiny range covers four key models with various options within the range to ensure you get the machine that is right for you and your application. All farmers, their farms, and paddocks are different, so is the Grizzly Tiny model range. At O’Connors we understand this, and the Grizzly Tiny suits many needs. From discing in stubbles, over developing new country and to mixing soils up to 350mm (14”) deep, the Tiny has you covered. And the bonus, most of the Tiny models are folding to 3.5 meters for transport

Grizzly Tiny 230/230H

If you are looking for a versatile cultivation tool, the popular Tiny 230 is your choice. It can be used for most of the cultivation requirements and can also go through tough soil. If you still need a full cut-out or to get your country into shape, the Tiny will do it. If you are a dryland farmer and just want to work lightly in stubble, the Tiny will do it.

The discs on the Tiny 230 are all on 230mm (9”) spacing and the working width ranges from 4.20m (14′) up to 8.55m (28′). You have the selection between 28” or 32” discs on the 230H for greater clearance. All models feature the 250x150x16mm RHS outside beam for weight and strength.

Grizzly Tiny 290/290L

If you are looking for a heavy fixed farm with tandem offsets for heavy working conditions. The Tiny 290 and 290L is your choice. Pulling down beds, work in heavy stubbles or both?! The Tiny 290 will do it. Due to its greater spacing (290mm) compared to the Tiny 230 the weight per disc and the clearance is increased to handle even more trash and organic matter.  It will handle about anything thanks to the Grizzly patented floppy T-Bar scraper and the larger disc diameters – even wet and sticky conditions.

The Tiny 290 and 290L come standard with impressive 32” scalloped discs and larger bearings, spaced 290mm (11.5”). The models range from 4m (13′) to 8m (27′) working width. You can even upgrade the 290 to even bigger 36” discs.

Grizzly Tiny 390

The Tiny 390 is ideal if you want to mix soils in a depth between 250-300mm (10”-12”). The Tiny 390 has proven to get spread material on the surface mixed through the profile to the depth. The efficient rolling action of the discs help you to save fuel and time, the simplicity of the design and slow moving parts help you keeping maintenance cost down.

The wider disc spacing (390mm/15”) increases the weight per disc even more.  Standard are 36” discs. Grizzly never puts more than 3 discs per disc assembly meaning less wear on the bearings.

Grizzly Tiny XL460

The Tiny XL460 is the biggest in the Tiny range. It is ideal for cropping country where mixing soil between 300-350mm (12-14”) is necessary.

Fitted with 42” x 1/2” scalloped discs, each with its own 28” backing disc, the Tiny XL460 has a maximum working depth of 380mm (15”). With 460mm (18”) disc spacing the clearance and penetration are purely impressive, working width from 4.8m (15’8”) to 6.4m (21′) – it is the ultimate in heavy duty disc plows.
