O’Connors intends to consolidate its Victorian footprint with the announcement today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the New Holland dealerships in Swan Hill and Warracknabeal previously operated by Bellevue Machinery. Farmers are set to benefit from the expanded network, broader product choice and enhanced support services.
With more than 60 years of experience and a reputation for customer-first service, O’Connors is committed to ensuring continuity of care for Bellevue Machinery’s customers and staff. O’Connors are thrilled to welcome Bellevue staff to the O’Connors team, maintaining relationships and local knowledge that customers rely on.

This agreement is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. O’Connors is hopeful those conditions can be satisfied during August with trading planned to commence in September 2025.
