O'Connors is led by a leadership team of senior managers. Their role is to communicate the strategic direction of the company, ensure daily operations run smoothly and pave the road for long-term growth and success.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mark O'Connor

Mark has been with the organisation since 1977, at that time working as a mechanic in Birchip. Throughout his career he worked in sales and manager roles before becoming Managing Director of O'Connors in 2012.

In this position he oversees all branches and operations, sales and aftersales.

Important to him is seeing the business prosper and grow which was founded by his father JJ more than 5 decades ago.

Mark enjoys the opportunity to work with fantastic people every day.

HR & MARKETING DIRECTOR

Lisa Day

Lisa has been with the organisation since 2005 starting off her career in a marketing role. With the continued growth of the company the marketing role was combined with human resource management as growing staff numbers required dedicated HR management.

Lisa’s passion for the brand combined with her commitment to attracting talent to O’Connors and ensuring we remain a great workplace makes the marketing HR combination a very positive one.

She is responsible for the strategic direction of HR and marketing and enjoys the challenge of both.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Michael McGough

Michael came to O'Connors in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. He manages the accounts payable and receivable, payroll and settlements. Additionally, he oversees the fleet of O'Connors and the IT department.

In his role he is constantly facing challenges, growing and evolving around them is a necessity. What he loves about O'Connors the respect for customers and employees and the values lived by staff every day.

GROUP SALES MANAGER

David Hair

David joined the O'Connors sales team in 2000, at that time he was one of three sales men - few years later, he is overseeing the entire sales team of approximately 20. He is responsible for our stock of new and used machinery, orders and sales and trades.

His focus and interest is in the progress of the industry and the technologies that go into the machines nowadays. His knowledge around sprayers, particularly the self-propelled Case IH Patriot and the Aim Command system is second to none.

But most passionate is David about our customers, the farmers who give their best year after year, harvest after harvest.

GROUP AFTERSALES MANAGER

Gareth Webb

Like most of the members of the leadership team, Gareth has been with the O'Connors organisation for a long time. He joined O'Connors as Sales team member in 2004 before becoming Branch Manager in Birchip and Warracknabeal. In 2014 he commenced his current role.

As Group Aftersales Manager he oversees multiple departments, including Service and Parts, Engineering and Precision Ag. He is in close contact with our wide customer base, working with these interesting people is an exciting part of his role.

His departments are the backbone of our organisation and have been growing with the company. Seeing what the impact of good quality customer service and reliable support can have makes him look positively and confidently into the future.
